By creating an account or using Mira (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your Profile page; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Plan changes are prorated in line with the payment processor's standard policy.
A 7-day free trial may be offered once per person. We reserve the right to decline repeat trials for the same email address or user.

News content surfaced by Mira is pulled from public news sources and aggregators, and remains the property of the original publishers. Your watchlist, saved articles, and groups belong to you.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or breach these Terms. On deletion we cancel any active subscription and remove your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. News classifications and sentiment are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them for investment or legal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mira's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
